As specialists in conferencing and conference interpretation services, Conference World has the capacity to provide interpreters with a vast masterly of over 150 languages. This includes but not limited to: English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, German, Russian, Hindustani, Malay, Bengali, Kiswahili, Chinese (Mandarin) to name just but a few. We offer face to face as well as virtual simultaneous interpretation services across the globe.

Our interpreters ensure that they have retained the meaning of the original message, the content of the message is accurate and they are in sync with the source speaker to ensure quality, clarity and the intended message is understood.

Interpretation can be categorized into four aspects: that is simultaneous interpretation whereby the participants, the speakers/organizers and interpreters are in the same physical room; virtual simultaneous interpretation whereby the conference/meeting is held via virtual rooms remotely; consecutive interpretation and lastly whispering (chuchotage) interpretation.

With consecutive conference interpreting, speech is divided into manageable sections whereby only small parts of the speech are interpreted at a time. This service is best suited for business negotiations, roundtables, and B2B (bilateral) meetings.

In simultaneous interpretation, Interpreters work in pairs inside a booth, with the microphones on and listens to the message from the source through the headphones and relays the same message over the microphone in the target language of their audience.

Virtual simultaneous interpretation is conducted remotely in virtual rooms. It requires a reliable internet connection and an application that supports the capability of simultaneous interpretation. Interpreters work in pairs, with the use of headphones and microphone, they listen to the message from the source speaker and relay the same in the target language of their audience.

In whispering (chuchotage) interpretation, the interpreter sits next to the listener or a small group of listeners a maximum of three and whispers what the speaker is saying in the target language.
